SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Currently we are selling and shipping to 44 countries in the world on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. (The list of these countries please find below in this section). It means that the price of the Goods as it appears on the screen is a final price including shipping without duty taxes for countries out of European Union. The Goods are being shipped from Prague, Czech Republic.

We currently offer two shipping methods: Standard and Express. Express orders are given top priority.

FREE SHIPPING

IvanaRosova Fashion Group offers FREE Standard Shipping for orders with delivery within European Union, Middle East, USA & Canada. Orders can be also shipped next day by Express Shipping for an additional charge.

PROCESSING

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We ship all our Goods same day if placed latest by 3:00pm Central European Time (CET)/ Time zone offset: UCT+1.

International orders placed out of European Union require 1-2 working days processing time.

Orders placed during holidays require additional processing time and may take up to 5 business days to ship unless UPS Express shipping is purchased.

The shipping charges are automatically added to the product price in your shopping cart. For detailed information about specific charges per country, please take a look at the table below in this section.

We require a signature for any Goods delivered. At which point risk of damage for your purchased Goods passes to you. The same is applicable, if you have a specified recipient or different delivery address, then you accept that evidence of a signature is evidence of delivery fulfillment by IvanaRosova Fashion Group and transfer risk of damage responsibility in the same way.

PLEASE NOTE, we do not deliver to APO addresses in the USA. In case of countries using only PO Box and not having a postal code, please write your full address and contact details in order to make the delivery to your hands only.

HOLIDAY TIME

Because of volume, items purchased during holidays typically require additional time for processing prior to shipment. If you have any questions on an order you wish to place near or during holiday, please contact our Customer Care Team at customercare@ivanarosova.com to confirm that your order will be received in time.

IMPORT DUTY & CUSTOMS

We ship to all above mentioned countries outside of the European Union on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which will be charged by courier on delivery. Duties and taxes are set by the destination country. IvanaRosova Fashion Group cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities delay the process, or wish to confiscate any items or charge any import duty. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty. Customers in Norway must provide the courier with their 11 digit National Security Number for Goods to be cleared by Norwegian Customs.

PLEASE NOTE, once an order has been dispatched we are unable to redirect orders. Please be advised that IvanaRosova Fashion Group cannot be held accountable for delays in custom clearance.

LATE DELIVERIES

We aim to deliver items within 10 days to international addresses. Late deliveries could be due to a number of reasons; if you fell your package is late, the first step is to check the tracking code you received on your dispatch e-mail. Occasionally Goods may be subject to delays due to customs. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the Goods are cleared.

TRACKING

When placing your order, please provide a mobile number and e-mail address in order to receive regular updates on the status of your delivery.

For your security, we are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed. If you are not in when the delivery is attempted, our courier will leave a card advising how to arrange a redelivery or where you can pick up your parcel.

REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

In the event that the buyer refuses delivery of the shipment, the buyer is responsible for payment of all return duties and taxes; in this case, return shipping charges will be billed to the buyer’s method of payment. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipment or refused shipments.
